At Ashridge Nurseries, we want you to be delighted with your plants and garden supplies; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please ensure all living stock is kept hydrated and handled with care until it is returned to us.
Contact Our Team
Notify us of your intent to return an item by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring that plants are well-protected and moist to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection or Postage
Depending on the item size, we will either provide a prepaid return label for you to drop off or arrange a specialized courier collection for larger trees and shrubs.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our nursery team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in healthy condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7 working days.
